INTERMOUNTAIN HOSPITAL - To install a new fire alarm system in this new, detached, building. The alarm system will not be connected to the Intermountain Hospital campus alarm system. The alarm system will include manual pulls at all exits, area smoke detection in all resident housing areas, group activity spaces and other common spaces normally accessible to residents, a fire alarm panel located at the constantly attended Nurses' station, a remote annunciator at the main entrance, duct smoke detectors for HVAC air handler shut-sown, and shall also include smoke detectors for smoke damper release, monitoring of the fire sprinkler system, and be connected to an approved offsite monitoring station. The associated building permit (BLD 02-00567) is to place a thirteen-unit Modular Building system, totaling 11,136 s.f. for medical treatment on the Intermountain Hospital campus
