ALM - To provide new and relocated devices in the remodeled area. This work includes the addition of new audible/visual devices, additional sprinkler monitoring devices and two new duct smoke detectors. The manual pull stations are existing. The associated building permit (BLD 02-00500) is to remodel a 5,887 sq.ft. area for new 'Toner Testing Facility' per approved plans on file and CZC02-00019. Work to include selective demolition within HP Building #6, existing Toner Lab in basement to relocate Thermatron Chamber to HP#5; To relocate existing Cartridge Test Lab from 1-3 Lower Link to HP#5; to construct interior non-bearing, non-combustible walls with sheetrock cover; relocate or install new access doors; re-assemble premanufactured testing equipment rooms & work cubicles; to add structural roof support for new mechanical; and to modify electrical, mechanical, plumbing, fire sprinkler & alarm systems per tenant needs.
