*PETCO-FAMILY CENTER PAD P2* To install a complete fire sprinkler system in a new 11,791 ft/2 retail tenant for pet grooming and protect the remaining 6,859 ft/2 (total vacant shell building, permitted under BLD01-03228. This building is constructed of concrete foundation and slab floors, masonry exterior walls, steel joist and metal roof with some wood framed overbuild. This building is fully fire sprinklered for area increase. This building and the building to the south were reviewed as all one building for allowable area provisions under the shell and core permit. It was noted in the Shell and Core permit that some Racking/Shelving exceeding 8' in height will be provided in the space. This fire permit is attached to the T.I. permit: BLD02-03229.

Lack correct maximum coverage (exceed 130 ft/2). RP backflow input was 2.5 lbs short in calculations. Remote test was not verified for 130 for friction loss spacing. Appears to have many obstructions with HVAC units which need clarified. Exterior control appear to not be impossible to install with this facility.
