ALM-Additional fire alarm devices are being added to the new tenant improvement area. These include audible/visual annunciation, manual pull stations and duct smoke detectors for the actuation of smoke dampers. The associated building permit (BLD 02-00477) is to construct a 2,530 square foot deli restaurant in the Ada County Courthouse building. This tenant space is located on the first floor (Southwest corner) with access from the exterior only. Work is to include interior nonbearing walls, 2 restrooms accessible to the disabled, interior finishes, and suspended ceilings all per approved drawings and plan review conditions on file. The capacity of the dining area (119) shall be posted on an approved sign near one of the exits. The shell work for this space is covered under permit BLD02-00634. The location of fire sprinkler heads shall comply with NFPA 13-1999 as regulated by the Fire Department.
