SYRINGA BANK / ONE CAPITAL CNTR-1ST FLR - To install a/v fire alarm coverage, consistent with the existing building alarm coverage, within the proposed tenant improvement space, connected to the existing building fire alarm system. The existing alarm system does not meet current Code. Approval of these plans is conditional upon the system being upgraded in the future in accordance with a Fire Department approved programmed upgrade agreement.
The associated building permit is (BLD 02-00595) is to remodel an existing 5,050 square foot tenant space on the first floor (West side) of "One Capitol Center" to be used as a bank. Work is to include interior nonbearing walls, interior doors, and interior windows all per approved drawings and plan review conditions on file. The common restrooms on this level are being altered to be more accessible to the disabled. This building is fire sprinklered because it is a high-rise.
