(VERIZON WIRELESS)(AAA OREGON/IDAHO BLDG) To modify and existing Light Hazard system installed in October 2001 by Debest Fire Protection, under FIR01-00475, for a new 1,875 ft/2 retail/office tenant in the northeast corner of the building. Work is related to construction of a one-hour tenant demising wall, interior nonbearing partitions and suspended ceiling system. This building is fully fire sprinklered for area increase. The fire sprinkler system work shall comply with NFPA 13?1999, attached review comment and conditions list, as regulated by the fire chief. These notes, permit and a fire "Inspection Card" are required to be on site as a condition of this work, to provide witness of compliance verification of minimum code. This permit is attached to building permit: BLD02-01378.
