Description
(FIRST NATIONAL PAWN) To modify the riser and extend a fire sprinkler system into a remodeled 17,368 ft/2 one story building, (11,820 square foot main floor and 5,548 square foot basement). A 5,235 square foot retail sales room is being created on the main floor. The 5,548 square foot basement will retain its storage occupancy. Construction with appropriate fire protection includes interior nonbearing walls and suspended ceilings. The fire sprinkler system must be installed and operational prior to a Certificate of Occupancy being issued to this tenant. The basement of this building has and existing sprinkler system. This building requires full fire sprinklers throughout, to avoid the 1-hr occupancy separations at storage rooms. All fire sprinkler system work shall comply with NFPA 13?1999, attached review comment and conditions list; as regulated by the fire chief. These notes, permit and fire "Inspection Card" are required to be on site as a condition of this work, to provide witness of compliance verification of minimum code. This permit is attached to building permit BLD02-01818.

Warehouse storage piping design for OH-1 Occupancy and should be OH-2. No outside control on systems. Heads overspaced and areas have "shadowing". Need to verify cavity with calcs. Need backflow forward flow test connection. Need dry system capacity. Need compressor data submittals. Need final calculation head analysis. Need to verify hydrant location and FDC access on the plans. Need more than a generic earthquake detail (engineering required). 155 degree heads in the cavities and etc.
