The FA application idicates this work is for an E occupancy on the 4th floor (Ste #400). The Bldg TI permit shown on FA application is incorrect (for a 1st flr office occupancy). Cannot locate an applicable TI permit number under the address search of permit system; faxed request to Alarm company to provide the correct number.
