IDAHO POWER OPERATIONS CENTER - To modify the existing building fire alarm system within the TI area. Modifications include adding a duct detector for HVAC air handler shutdown and additional a/v annunciation devices.
The associated building permit (BLD 02-0) is to construct 3 conference rooms (180 square feet, 169 square feet, 483 square feet), 2 restrooms, and a locker room (1,361 square feet) on the 2nd floor (23,500 square feet) of an 87,100 square foot building. The building floor area is NOT being expanded. Work is to include 2 restrooms accessible to the disabled, 1-hr corridor, interior nonbearing walls, interior doors, suspended ceilings, and interior finishes.
