ADA COUNTY OPERATIONS - To add a new duct detector in a new Liebert unit, for HVAC air handler shut down, to monitor 5 additional fire sprinkler system control valves tamper switches, add a smoke detector above the FAC panel and add a new annunciator panel in the new Operations Room, connected to the existing building fire alarm system.
The associated building permit (BLD 02-00137) is to remodel a 3,072 sq.ft. portion of basement area for use as dispatch office area and equipment room. Work to include, removal of existing non bearing partitions, construction of new partitions, installation of approximately 377 sq ft of new suspended ceiling area, installation of a new door access system, miscellaneous related interior finishes.
