Description
To fire sprinkler for life Safety a 4,549 ft/2, two-story single family dwelling with a 1,110 ft/2 attached three-car garage. The 1st floor is 3,077 ft/2; the 2nd floor is 1,472 ft/2. This lot is within a hillside area and is subject to the hillside ordinances. Class "A" roof system and 30 ft. defensible space will be maintained. Structure shall be fully fire sprinklered with a system meeting the requirements of NFPA Standard 13D. System to be modified to protect all closets, bathrooms and attached garage. The fire sprinkler flow alarm shall be interconnected to the required residence smoke detection system. All fire sprinkler work and related, which includes dual service water supply, backflow prevention (provided by others), shall be per NFPA 13D, engineering/red-lined plans and attached review notes, as regulated by the Fire Department.
