IDAHO ATHLETIC CLUB-T.I. - To add one duct smoke detector for HVAC air handler shut down, in the TI area, to the existing building fire alarm system. The existing alarm system, (approved under FIR01-00388), includes monitoring of the fire sprinkler system, existing HVAC duct smoke detectors, and provides elevator recall functions.
The associated building permit (BLD 02-00502) is to construct a new stairway, hallways, and two accessible restrooms on the east side of existing vacant portion of the Idaho Athletic Club building per approved plans on file. Work will occur on the first and second floor. Work to include structural modifications to install a new steel stairway with handrails and guardrails, new interior walls, new interior doors and windows, new suspended ceiling work, interior finish, glass block planter, fire sprinkler work, new plumbing, new mechanical, and new electrical work.
