ST AL'sMOB #6 Basement; HR & OCCUP HEALTH - To extend the shell fire alarm system into the TI area of the associated building permit. Modifications include adding duct detectors in new VAV units for air handler shut down, and additional a/v devices, all devices powered from the existing FAC panel and NAC power extender panels.
The associated building permit (BLD 02-01754) is to construct and finish a 4,825 sq.ft. tenant space within the existing 15,586 sq. ft. basement for use as administrative office's & support area. Work to include non-combustible, non-bearing, fire-resistive walls to create offices, conference room, work areas & waiting rooms; new suspended ceiling grid system; electrical, mechanical, plumbing, fire sprinkler and alarm systems to meet tenant needs and provide code compliance.
