(T-MOBILE - RETAIL TENANT) To modify the existing fire sprinkler system for the remodel the sales area (784 ft/2) of an existing retail sales tenant space (1,330 ft/2) within a 15,398 ft/2, one story building. Work is related to interior nonbearing walls, suspended ceilings, and display fixtures, all per approved drawings and plan review conditions on file. This building is fire sprinklered for building area increase. The fire sprinkler system work shall comply with NFPA 13-1999, attached review comment and conditions list, as regulated by the Fire Chief. These notes, permit and fire "Inspection Card" are required to be on site as a condition of this work, to provide witness of compliance verification of minimum code. This permit is attached to building permit: BLD02-01970.
