(LEGGS-HANES-BALI-PLAYTEX - BLDG #3 - SOUTH END) To modify existing fire sprinklers remodel a 4,283-ft/2, retail sales tenant space within a 32,400-ft/2 one-story building for a new retail sales tenant. Three fitting rooms are being constructed. Work is related to new interior nonbearing walls and the expansion of the suspended ceiling. This building is fire sprinklered for building area increase and to allow retail sales occupancies. The fire sprinkler system work shall comply with NFPA 13-1999, attached review comment and conditions list, as regulated by the Fire Chief. These notes, permit and fire "Inspection Card" are required to be on site as a condition of this work, to provide witness of compliance verification of minimum code. This permit is attached to building permit: BLD02-01892.
