Work is related to the finishing of the existing interior sheetrock walls; install a new suspended ceiling grid system; floor finishes and workstations, all per approved plans. NOTE: The major occupancy use of this facility is "I1.1" with accessory use "B", "S1", "I1.2" & "A3" occupancies. This building is fully sprinklered.
