(RESEARCH GROUP T.I. - 4TH FLOOR) To install fire sprinkler protection for the finishing of an existing 790-ft/2 space for use as an open office area for Elk's Rehab Hospital Research Group. Work is related to the finishing of the existing interior sheetrock walls; install a new suspended ceiling grid system; floor finishes and workstations, all per approved plans. NOTE: The major occupancy use of this facility is "I1.1" with accessory use "B", "S1", "I1.2" & "A3" occupancies. This building is fully sprinklered. All fire sprinkler system installation work and equipment, materials and appurtenance shall comply with NFPA 13?1999 and attached review comment and conditions list; as regulated by the Fire
