(BERGEN DISTRIBUTING INC) (SUITE #101) Fire sprinkler modification and system verification for the remodel and construction of 150 lineal feet, of one-hour rated tenant demising wall to divide building into two tenant spaces per approved plans on file. One tenant space will be 11,100-ft/2 space and remain vacant. (Separate permit for any tenant that wants to occupy the space). The other 11,400-ft/2 space will be occupied under BLD02-01618 for the warehouse storage use of carpet and related commodities. Fire Sprinkler work is related to includes new one-hour rated tenant demising wall, the construction of a common vestibule, new restroom, new interior walls w/doors, a new overhead door opening in exterior wall, the installation of high piled steel storage racking, and a new (smoke) curtain board. Previous permit MIS02-00125 established occupancy for entire building. Note: This building was originally constructed in Ada County and later annexed into Boise City. This building is fully fire sprinklered for area increase. The fire sprinkler system related work shall comply with NFPA 13-1999, attached review comment and conditions list, as regulated by the Fire Chief. These notes, permit and fire "Inspection Card" are required to be on site as a condition of this work, to provide witness of compliance verification of minimum code. This permit is attached to building permit: BLD02-01618.
