(CRANE CREEK MARKET) To modify and existing system for the remodel a 16,339 ft/2 portion of an existing 26,259 ft/2 shell building, to be used for a grocery store, located on the east side. Sprinkler work is related to the construction of interior partitions, the installation of suspended ceiling system and the installation of walk-in coolers and freezers. This building is fully fire sprinklered for area increase. The fire sprinkler system work shall comply with NFPA 13-1999, attached review comment and conditions list, as regulated by the Fire Chief. These notes, permit and fire "Inspection Card" are required to be on site as a condition of this work, to provide witness of compliance verification of minimum code. This permit is attached to building permit: BLD02-02156.
