SOUTHWEST IDAHO EAR, NOSE & THROAT - To modify the existing building fire alarm system devices within the TI space. Work includes adding duct detectors for HVAC air handler shut down and horn/strobes, connected to the existing fire alarm control panel and to existing NAC power extender panels on the 3rd floor.
The associated building permit (BLD 02-02001) is to construct new medical diagnosis offices in the southeast corner of the 3rd floor per approved plans on file. This is a 1st time tenant improvement to this location. Work to include construction of interior non-bearing, non-combustible, fire-resistive walls & finishes to create new testing and diagnosis areas, waiting areas, reception, office and accessible restroom with miscellaneous support areas; new suspended ceiling grid system, electrical, mechanical, plumbing, fire sprinkler and alarm systems to meet tenant needs and provide code compliance.
