(PCS EDVENTURES - 2ND FLOOR) To relocate and add sprinklers in a remodel of an existing 4,603 ft/2 office tenant space located on the 2nd floor of a 28,800-ft/2 building. Selective demolition is covered under this permit. Work is related to the construction of interior nonbearing walls. The fire sprinkler system work shall comply with NFPA 13-1999, attached review comment and conditions list, as regulated by the Fire Chief. These notes, permit and fire "Inspection Card" are required to be on site as a condition of this work, to provide witness of compliance verification of minimum code.
