Ada County Juvenile Detention Center (Entry Addition) - To add 2400 ft/2, Type II-N, single story entry addition to the Juvenile Detention Center per plans and attachments. This building is fully fire sprinklered for area. The fire sprinkler system work shall comply with NFPA 13-1999, attached review comment and conditions list, as regulated by the Fire Chief. These notes, permit and fire "Inspection Card" are required to be on site as a condition of this work, to provide witness of compliance verification of minimum code. This permit is attached to building permit: BLD02-02287.

TODD; Phone #: ###-#### Sprinkler heads are overspaced in the existing lobby, hangers to be attached to the top of the structure (see the detail on the approved drawings), provide eq straps on all piping in th escope of work, installation does not match approved plans. Review notes appear to state the max. head spacing to be 149 sq. ft. Pendants in the lobby exceed this. Provide approved drawings with the 1/6/03 date on them. These drawings are showing the work in the lobby area. The previous resubmittal drawings show existing heads only. The pendants installed now don't even match those locations 4/23/2003 10:13:52 AM
