The associated building permit (BLD 02-01325) includes: new door and window openings in CMU wall, new steel canopy to match existing system. Rework existing planter bed to add sidewalk at new entrances. Interior work entails new tenant demising walls and removal of existing bathroom. Two new bathroom cores with four ada compliant and one single-use ada compliant bathrooms. Ceiling height to remain the same with a continued ceiling grid throughout the structure.
