Occupancy shall NOT be granted under this permit until the electrical permit is issued and the work inspected and approved. The parcel tag shall not delay the issuance of this permit.

telcon from Steve Larsen, regarding decision on duct detectors in AHU's. I advised him that Mech Inspection had determined no duct detectors exist and decided none will be required at this time. Therefore they will not be required as part of the fire alarm permit inspection.

Per George Slane, their Mech inspector determined no work was done on these units and the AHU's were approved under the original building permit. Therefore they are not going to require duct smoke detectors on them to meet current code. Therefore there will be no duct detectors to be connected to the Fire alarm system.
