(TRANSNATION TITLE & ESCROW)(EMERALD CORP PARK #3-SUITE 300) To modify and add fire sprinklers in the remodel of an existing 10,960-ft/2 space, which is expanding it into adjacent area for a total of 12,979ft/2 space. Work is related to the removal of select interior nonbearing partitions and installation of suspended ceiling. This building is fully fire sprinklered. The fire sprinkler system work shall comply with NFPA 13-1999, attached review comment and conditions list, as regulated by the Fire Chief. These notes, permit and fire "Inspection Card" are required to be on site as a condition of this work, to provide witness of compliance verification of minimum code.
