(TITLE ONE)(FOREST RIVER VIII-2ND FLR-SUITE #200) Modify and adjust fire sprinklers in a remodel within a 2,780-ft/2 area of an existing 7,404-ft/2 office tenant occupancy space, for a new office tenant on the second floor, per plans on file. The adjacent tenant area will be reduced to 4,624 ft/2, which shall require a separate occupant load adjustment permit. No Certificate of Occupancy shall be issued for "Title One" until the adjacent tenant plans have been submitted for a building permit. Fire sprinkler work is related to miscellaneous interior demolition work and new one-hour rated tenant demising walls. NOTE: This building is fully fire sprinklered for one-hour substitution. The fire sprinkler system work shall comply with NFPA 13-1999, attached review comment and conditions list, as regulated by the Fire Chief. These notes, permit and fire "Inspection Card" are required to be on site as a condition of this work, to provide witness of compliance verification of minimum code.
