To modify fire sprinklers in an existing 1,100-ft/2 of space by incorporating 726-ft/2 of the adjacent tenant space, to create an 1826-ft/2, office tenant. Work is related to fie sprinkler code upgrades within the permitted areas. This building is fully fire sprinkled. The fire sprinkler system work shall comply with NFPA 13-1999, attached review comment and conditions list, as regulated by the Fire Chief. These notes, permit and fire "Inspection Card" are required to be on site as a condition of this work, to provide witness of compliance verification of minimum code.
