The associated building permit (BLD 02-0883) is to create a 3,241 square foot office tenant space located on the 3rd floor of an existing 69,000 square foot, 3 story, office building. The 3nd floor has a total floor area of about 21,150 square feet. Work is to include interior nonbearing walls, interior doors, interior windows, and repairs to the suspended ceiling system all per approved drawings and plan review conditions on file. The location of fire sprinkler heads shall comply with NFPA 13-1999 as regulated by the Fire Department. The adjacent space (Suite 360 - 1,180 square feet) is required to get its own Certificate of Occupancy before it is occupied
