The associated building permit (BLD 02-01618) is to construct 150 lineal ft. of one-hour rated tenant demising wall to divide building into two tenant spaces per approved plans on file. One 11,100 sq. ft. space will remain vacant and will require a separate permit for any tenant that wants to occupy the space. Other 11,400 sq.ft. space will be occupied under this permit for retail sales and warehouse storage use and work includes new one-hour rated tenant demising wall, constructing a common vestibule, new accessible restroom, new interior walls and doors, interior finish, new overhead door opening in exterior wall, new exterior stairway with handrails/guardrails, installing high piled steel storage racking, new curtain board installation, fire sprinkler work, mechanical work, plumbing work, and electrical work. Special Inspection required for epoxy/adhesive anchor installations. Certificate of Occupancy to be issued when completed and approved. Previous permit MIS02-00125 established occupancy for entire building. Note: This building was originally constructed in Ada County and later annexed into Boise City.
