The associated building permit (BLD 02-02788) is to remodel the 2nd floor of an existing 69,000 square foot, 3 story, office building for a new tenant. The 2nd floor has a total floor area of about 21,678 square feet. This tenant will occupy the entire 2nd floor office area (about 18,800 square feet). Work is to include interior nonbearing walls, interior doors, interior windows, and repairs to the suspended ceiling system all per the approved drawings and plan review conditions of file.
