(FITNESS 19)(FAMILY CENTER-BLDG A1) To add fire sprinkler protection in a new 6,900-ft/2-assembly fitness studio space, in existing vacant shell building originally permitted under FIR99-00691. Work is related to the installation of new, one-hour rated tenant demising walls, new interior partitions, new accessible restrooms and new suspended ceiling. This building is fully fire sprinklered for area increase. This building and the building to the North were reviewed as one building for allowable area. The fire sprinkler system work shall comply with NFPA 13-1999, attached review comment and conditions list, as regulated by the Fire Chief. These notes, permit and fire "Inspection Card" are required to be on site as a condition of this work, to provide witness of compliance verification of minimum code. This permit is attached to building permit: BLD02-02766.
