RAM COURT * This building is fully fire sprinklered for area increase. To expand into an 8,151-ft/2 office, in the northwest corner of the building of an existing 21,381-ft/2 space per approved plans on file. New tenant space total area will be 29,532-ft/2. Fire sprinkler work is related to miscellaneous interior demolition work, a few new interior walls, new suspended ceiling work, a new shower room and possible mechanical work. The fire sprinkler system work shall comply with NFPA 13-1999, attached review comment and conditions list, as regulated by the Fire Chief. These notes, permit and fire "Inspection Card" are required to be on site as a condition of this work, to provide witness of compliance verification of minimum code. This permit is attached to building permit: BLD02-03016.
