To fire sprinkler a 1,852 ft/2 two story single-family dwelling (with a 494 ft/2 attached two car garage, a 54 ft/2 covered deck off master bedroom and partially covered walkway/patio areas). 1st floor 915 ft/2, 2nd floor 937 ft/2. The fire sprinkler water flow alarm shall be attached to the residence smoke detection system. All fire sprinkler work and related (which includes dual service water supply), backflow prevention (provided by others), shall be per NFPA 13D, approved plans, engineering/red-lining and attached review notes, as regulated by the Fire Department. This permit is attached to: BLD02-02781. This is one requirements indicated on Boise Fire Department Memorandum dated 09/04/2001 for the Final Plat.
