Description
To install an NFPA 13D fire sprinkler system in a new, 4,076-ft/2, one story single family dwelling with a 1,224-ft/2 finished daylight basement and occupancy barrier protection in the 1,105-ft/2 attached three-car garage. This lot is within a hillside area and is subject to the hillside ordinances. The sprinkler flow alarm shall be attached to the residence smoke detection system. All fire sprinkler work and related (which includes dual service water supply line the backflow preventer (provided by others), shall be per NFPA 13D, approved plans, engineering/red-lining and attached review notes, as regulated by the Fire Department. These notes, permit and fire "Inspection Card" are required to be on site as a condition of this work, to provide witness of compliance verification of minimum code.
