Recieved a call from a pump installer (referencing item #1 review notes) and asked what I needed to verify supply matching the calculations Shilo provided. I indicated that a static, residual and flow for a minimum 10 minutes is required for residence. He did not know what the static would be, but had the residual flows and pressures for 15 minutes and on. Instructed him to submit those to Shilo Automatic Sprinkler.

Pendant is missing a hanger in closet in east side of the building. In the same location piping is attached to wood supprt that is not completly attached to the trusses. All existing insulation needs to be removed from below the sprinkler piping. Provide access and ladder so all piping can be inspected. Provide tenting for sprinkler piping per approved plans and nfpa 13d with access for inspection 8/7/2003 3:21:54 PM
