(DELI GEORGE - 1ST FLOOR) To modify fire sprinklers in a 390-ft/2 remodel area for a new deli restaurant. This space is located in the Northwest corner of the first floor (14,600-ft/2) in an existing high-rise building. The previous tenant was also a restaurant. Work is related to interior nonbearing walls, millwork, and (possibly) a Class II hood, suspended ceilings. This building is fire sprinklered because it is a high-rise. The fire sprinkler system work shall comply with NFPA 13-1999, attached review comment and conditions list, as regulated by the Fire Chief. These notes, permit and fire "Inspection Card" are required to be on site as a condition of this work, to provide witness of compliance verification of minimum code. This permit is attached to building permit: BLD02-003101.
