To provide one additional duct smoke detector in the new tenant space. The new duct smoke detector will be supervised by the existing fire alarm control panel. The existing fire alarm control panel provides fire sprinkler system monitoring and HVAC monitoring.
The associated building permit (BLD 02-02112) is to construct a 1,925 sq.ft. office tenant with warehouse in the southeast corner of the building per approved plans on file. Work to include, construction of interior noncombustible partitions to create two office spaces, reception area, small conference room, accessible restroom and warehouse area, Installation of a suspended ceiling system and miscellaneous related interior finishes. Note: This building is fully fire sprinklered for area increase, any alterations or modifications to the fire sprinkler system shall be per NFPA #13 as regulated by the fire department.
