(GENERAL FIRE & CASUALTY)(RIVER PARK BLDG-3RD FLR) To modify/add fire sprinkler protection in a remodeled 1,572-ft/2 office tenant space per plans on file. Fire sprinkler work is required for the installation of new interior nonbearing non-rated partition to create on 300-ft/2 office space within the existing tenant area. This building is fully fire sprinklered for one-hour substitution. The fire sprinkler system work shall comply with NFPA 13-1999, attached review comment and conditions list, as regulated by the Fire Chief. These notes, permit and fire "Inspection Card" are required to be on site as a condition of this work, to provide witness of compliance verification of minimum code. This permit is attached to building permit: BLD02-02640.
