(THE ENVIRONMENTAL COMPANY - 2ND FLR) Fire sprinkler modifications to combine two tenant spaces into one 2,761-ft/2 tenant space. This tenant space is located on the 2nd floor of a 37,300-ft/2, 3-story building. Work is related to new interior nonbearing walls and suspended ceilings, per approved drawings and plan review conditions on file. This building is fire sprinklered to substitute for 1-hr fire-resistive construction. The fire sprinkler system work shall be installed in accordance to NFPA 13-1999, complying with the IFC-2000 and attached review comment and conditions list, as regulated by the Fire Chief. These notes, permit and fire "Inspection Card" are required to be on site as a condition of this work, to provide witness of compliance verification of minimum code.
