Description	(Alzheimer's Care Facility - Underground * To install approximately 210 ft. of 6", C-900 fire service supply piping, from the property line off Smoke Ranch Drive, north and then west into a "Fire Service (riser) Room", approximately 6" above slab within a one story Type V1hr, Alzheimer's care facility per approved plan and attachments. No other work is included in this permit. The fire sprinkler system work shall comply with NFPA 13-1999 and 24-1995, attached review comment and conditions list, as regulated by the Fire Chief. These notes, permit and fire "Inspection Card" are required to be on site as a condition of this work, to provide witness of compliance verification of minimum code. This permit is attached to building permit: BLD02-02473.
