(ELLAN GERMAN VETERINARY CLINIC) To drop and add fire sprinklers in a new 1,994-ft/2 tenant space for use as a veterinary clinic in existing vacant shell building space. Fire sprinkler work is related to the new one-hour rated tenant demising wall, new interior walls, accessible restroom, and new suspended ceiling, and new rooftop HVAC unit w/ducts. The shell building was originally constructed in Ada County and later annexed into Boise City. Original shell building plans can be referenced under building permit BLD00-00304. This building is fully fire sprinklered for area increase. The fire sprinkler system work shall comply with NFPA 13-1999, attached review comment and conditions list, as regulated by the Fire Chief. These notes, permit and fire "Inspection Card" are required to be on site as a condition of this work, to provide witness of compliance verification of minimum code. This permit is attached to building permit: BLD02-02994.
