(WASHINGTON MUTUAL - TRAINING ROOM - 2ND FLR) To Modify fire sprinkler heads for a new 1,310-ft/2 training room within an existing 10,728-ft/2 tenant space, located on the 2nd floor of an 11 story, 112,000-ft/2 building. Fire sprinkler work is related to work on interior nonbearing walls. This building is fire sprinklered because it is a high-rise. The fire sprinkler system work shall comply with NFPA 13-1999, attached review comment and conditions list, as regulated by the Fire Chief. These notes, permit and fire "Inspection Card" are required to be on site as a condition of this work, to provide witness of compliance verification of minimum code. This permit is attached to building permit: BLD03-00100.
