Description	Women's and Children's Alliance * To install a new fire sprinkler system in a, 11,000-ft/2, type (a)VB, I1 and I4 occupancy structure. The structure is also getting some remodel, which includes the kitchen, and some bedrooms. This permit includes the underground, starting at the property line in N. Willow Lane, traveling east and north, approximately 292'-0" of 6" C-900 PVC, into a mechanical room. The fire sprinkler system work shall be installed in accordance to NFPA 13-1999, complying with the IFC-2000 and attached review comment and conditions list, as regulated by the Fire Chief. These notes, permit and fire "Inspection Card" are required to be on site as a condition of this work, to provide witness of compliance verification of minimum code. This permit is attached to building permit: BLD03-00334.
