performed walk through of all floors and the following need to be completed - signage on all valves, etc.; test jockey/pump operation with all supervised valves; elevator rooms need canopies on heads and at top of stairs; standpipe not extended to roof per plans; caps on all standpipe outlets; 4th floor room between elevator and stair has head at angle; 3rd floor trash room has tape on head; exposed CPVC pipe in 2nd floor meter room for drops and at pipe to dry sidewall; could not gain access to all rooms so this is not all inclusive 2/18/2004 1:03:20 PM
