Notification devices will require upgrade in the TI space only. The associated building permit (BLD 02-01179) is to remodel an existing 1146 sq ft retail tenant space to create a new restaurant tenant space per approved plans on file. Work to include, Installation of new type one hood system and new one hour grease duct shaft, installation of new service counter, kitchen appliances, new plumbing work, and miscellaneous related interior finishes. Note: This building is fully fire sprinklered for 1-hr. fire resistive substitution.
