The associated building permit (BLD 03-00262) is to construct 40 feet of non-bearing, non-combustible wall as a noise barrier between the existing automated storage/shipping room and the open office work area. To add horn strobe combo units per IFC requirements and relocate existing light fixture & switches from path of new wall and modify sprinkler coverage to maintain code compliance. A "Letter of Completion" is required as condition of this permit. Remodel declared 'not to increase or alter existing energy usage, lighting or HVAC.
