(ASPEN SOUND) To relocate and add fire sprinklers remodel in an existing 2,867-ft/2 retail sales tenant space for the retail sales and installation of car stereos. Sprinkler work is related to new interior nonbearing walls, suspended ceiling modifications, a new 16 foot wide overhead door opening in a masonry shear wall, all per approved drawings, engineering, and plan review report on file. This building is fully fire sprinklered for area increase. The fire sprinkler system work shall comply with NFPA 13-1999, attached review comment and conditions list, as regulated by the Fire Chief. These notes, permit and fire "Inspection Card" are required to be on site as a condition of this work, to provide witness of compliance verification of minimum code. This permit is attached to building permit: BLD03-00366.
