Description
FIR03-00175 - Area #1 * To construct a one story Type V1hr fully fire sprinklered care facility to include the north side only with 17 sleeping rooms, laundry and storage room per approved plans and attachments. Fire sprinklers used for area increase. The fire sprinkler system work shall be installed in accordance to NFPA 13-1999, complying with the UFC-1997 and attached review comment and conditions list, as regulated by the Fire Chief. These notes, permit and fire "Inspection Card" are required to be on site as a condition of this work, to provide witness of compliance verification of minimum code. The underground supply installation permit is FIR03-00112. This permit is attached to garage shell permit: BLD02-002471.

john; Phone #: ###-#### The wet system in the west entry lobby has the incorrect pipe size. Treasure valley to resubmit calculations to prove size is ok. Upright sprinkler heads along the west wall are overspaced off the wall. Per the contractor he will have the insulation people install additional insulation. The insulation will need to be within 6'-0" of the branchline the entire lenght of the wall. Two armovers in the southeast corner of the central section will need to be lenghtened by 10" to fix an overspacing problem. The east entry wet and dry piping and the tenting is not complete yet.
