Description	THE OLD TELEPHONE BUILDING * To install fire sprinklers in the 2nd and Penthouse floors of an existing building that had been fire sprinklered in the Basement and 1st Floor, under fire permit FIR99-00155. The original permit was to install full protection throughout, of which was not completed. The fire sprinkler system work shall be installed in accordance to NFPA 13-1999, complying with the IFC-2000 and attached review comment and conditions list, as regulated by the Fire Chief. These notes, permit and fire "Inspection Card" are required to be on site as a condition of this work, to provide witness of compliance verification of minimum code.
