This tenant work scope shall include upgrading of the existing piping (in the tenant "Permitted" work scope area/s, to conform to current Ordinary Group 2 "Pipe Scheduled" piping or an Ordinary Group 2 calculated design (contractors choice). (NFPA 13:7-2.2.1, 8-5, IFC 903.3.1.1 and 901.4)
The basement 2" end-of-main nipple-and-cap located in the wrong position. Need to relocate nipple-and-cap "inline" with the existing 2" main.
Need to meet the requirements of the State Fire Marshal and NFPA 13:7-2.2.1, 8-5, 8-5.1.1 and 8-5.3, which is detailed information on number of heads on existing lines and mains, etc. Plan does not provide enough information to verify the appropriate pipe schedule design.
