(PELLA WINDOWS) Install pendant fire sprinkler protection in a new 1,404 ft/2 business tenant in existing vacant shell building space per plans on file. Shell building permit was constructed under BLD00-01953. Fire sprinklers were installed under FIR00-00547. Work is related to new interior walls, new restroom and new suspended ceiling work. Non-separated uses per IBC Section 302.3.2. This building is fully fire sprinklered for area increase. The fire sprinkler system work shall be installed in accordance to NFPA 13-1999, complying with the IFC-2000 and attached review comment and conditions list, as regulated by the Fire Chief. These notes, permit and fire "Inspection Card" are required to be on site as a condition of this work, to provide witness of compliance verification of minimum code. This permit is attached to garage shell permit: BLD03-00483.
